Women's Spring Retreat

Join us as we celebrate our mission partners at the 2024 Covenant Missions Festival! Bob & Noemi Caiazzo, missionaries to Nicaragua will be our guest speakers. Bob will speak at our 11:00 a.m. combined worship service and Noemi will share during the 10:00 a.m. Sunday school hour. Everyone is invited to enjoy a time with all our mission partners at the 12:15 p.m. luncheon in the gym worship center. Childcare will be available.

All men are invited for food and fellowship. Our guest speaker will be Stanley Brinkley, a retired judge after about 25 years as a judge for the 15th Judicial District Court of Colorado. He has received awards as a judge on child advocacy. Since he moved to Omaha, he has continued his involvement with the Gideons and is part of Covenant’s team on the “Good News Jail and Prison Ministry”. Stan is a very passionate person when it comes to the Bible and Jesus Christ and will share his story and enthusiasm. Sign up in the gym or fellowship area.

A weekly video seminar featuring some of the nation’s foremost experts on grief recovery topics. Seminar sessions include “Is This Normal?”, “The Challenges of Grief”, “Grief and Your Relationships”, “Why?”, “What Do I Live For Now”. Each seminar is combined with a small group discussion time to allow group participants to talk about the content of the seminar and about how they are dealing with the death of their loved one.
